  • HD-MEAs for organoids - longitudinal functional profiling: HD-MEAs provide a scalable, label-free, non-invasive platform to track 3D human organoid function over time, overcoming limitations of endpoint or invasive approaches.
  • Maturation and characteristic fast-frequency bursting: Longitudinal HD-MEA profiling captured progressive functional maturation of midbrain organoids, including stronger network organization and fast-frequency bursting characteristic of midbrain circuitry.
  • Scalable HD-MEA pharmacology: The workflow detected subtle, bidirectional compound responses, including 4-AP–induced hyperexcitability and TTX-mediated activity suppression, supporting scalable compound-response pipelines.
  • Subcellular axon dysfunction–relevant phenotyping: The unique AxonTracking Assay extended HD-MEA profiling beyond population activity, enabling subcellular detection of neurite/axon-associated propagation features relevant to axonal dysfunction.
